DEVELOPABILITY & LIABILITY REVIEW
Developability & Liability Review helps clarify candidate selection.
Before candidates enter more resource-intensive downstream work, Molara reviews physicochemical properties, predicted ADMET risk, and structural-liability signals.
The output makes strengths, trade-offs, and review flags explicit, helping identify candidates to advance, redesign, or deprioritize.

What Molara reviews
Physicochemical profile
Molara reviews molecular size, lipophilicity, polarity, hydrogen-bonding, flexibility, charge and ionization context, and early synthetic-accessibility indicators.
Structural liability triage
Molara screens for structural alerts, reactive motifs, assay-interference risks, and medicinal-chemistry liabilities that may complicate interpretation or downstream work.
Predicted ADMET context
Candidates are reviewed across computational signals related to absorption, distribution, metabolism, excretion, permeability, solubility, exposure, and selected toxicity-related endpoints.
Signals are interpreted in combination: convergent concerns across related endpoints carry more weight than an isolated prediction.
Project-specific risk context
Project-specific review extends to cardiac, hepatic, renal, CNS, transporter/DDI, phototoxicity, endocrine, immune, and mechanistic liability signals.
These signals support prioritization and experiment planning; they are not standalone toxicology or PK conclusions.
